Supporting data for ''Metal Oxide Films as Functional Materials for Optoelectronic Applications''

The data are about the preparation, characterization, and applications of our samples, such as ZnO, Ga2O3 films on sapphire substrates via pulsed laser deposition method. The device performance, such as organic light-emitting diodes, solar-blind photodetectors is also included in the file. The characterization results include the absorption spectra, SEM, XRD, XPS, and impedance analysis.
