Supporting data for "Microbial community and assembly processes in the sediments of marine and lacustrine environments"

Raw data for microbial community and environmental variable data in the PhD thesis. The envrionmental variable data was produced during sample collection in the field and chemical analyses of samples in the laboratories; the microbial community date was derived from sample DNA extraction and high-throughput sequencing.
