Since there are highly pathogenic coronavirus (CoVs) emerged, there are no effective antiviral treatment for the CoVs infected patients. Although there are viral targeting drug to treat the CoVs patients currently, the risk for the adaptive mutation under selection pressure cannot be eliminated. Thus, this study is try to identify the host dependency factors for CoVs infection, and then find out the new druggable targets from host to act as an antiviral to treat CoVs infection.
The dataset contain the interactome data for MERS-CoV-human protein-protein interaction; the western blot data showing that the expression of viral protein is being affected by host protein; the quantitative data for viral RNA level, as well as the amount of virus under the inhibitors treatment.
