Supporting data for "Myelodysplastic Syndrome in the omics era – from genomic prognostication to mechanisms of resistance".

<p dir="ltr">These are the datasets for the MDS Asia cohort analysis. Consist of two supporting dataset which label as 54_geneset_data and 72_geneset_data. Both of these dataset consist of basic CBC data, cytogenetics abnormalities, and molecular VAF matrix and mutation matrix.</p>
