This file contains all raw and processed data of the thesis titled 'NAVIGATION OF NSP14/NSP10 INHIBITORS AS PAN-ANTI-SARS-COV-2 AGENTS AND MASQUERADE OF THE FE-S CLUSTER IN THE ZINC-FINGER SITE'. The study investigated the nsp14/nsp10 inhibitors as a potent strategy aganist pan-SARS-CoV-2 infections and identified an unexpected Fe-S cluster in the zinc-finger site of nsp14, which may serve as a novel targeting site for antivirals.

This dataset contains the raw and processed data for all FPLC experiments, MTase activity assays, ExoN activity assays, fluorescence reading of ExoN activity, enzyme kintic assays, UV-vis spectrum, FluoZin assays, ICP-MS, cell viability assays, qRT-PCR, microneutralization assays, CD spectrum, protein secondary structure estimation, EPR spectrum, fluorescent polarization assays and Ferrozine assays in the study.
