<p dir="ltr">This file contains all raw and processed data of the thesis titled 'NAVIGATION OF NSP14/NSP10 INHIBITORS AS PAN-ANTI-SARS-COV-2 AGENTS AND MASQUERADE OF THE FE-S CLUSTER IN THE ZINC-FINGER SITE'. The study investigated the nsp14/nsp10 inhibitors as a potent strategy aganist pan-SARS-CoV-2 infections and identified an unexpected Fe-S cluster in the zinc-finger site of nsp14, which may serve as a novel targeting site for antivirals.</p><p dir="ltr">This dataset contains the raw and processed data for all FPLC experiments, MTase activity assays, ExoN activity assays, fluorescence reading of ExoN activity, enzyme kintic assays, UV-vis spectrum, FluoZin assays, ICP-MS, cell viability assays, qRT-PCR, microneutralization assays, CD spectrum, protein secondary structure estimation, EPR spectrum, fluorescent polarization assays and Ferrozine assays in the study.</p>
