This is the support data for the PhD thesis entitled “N, N-dimethyltryptamine, a natural hallucinogen, protects againstdementia via modulating calcium-mediated intracellular signaling and neurogenesis in in vivo and in vitro models ofAlzheimer’s disease”. To study the acute effect and the chronic effect with a high dose and the micro does of DMT administration. The in vivo and invitro models of Alzheimer’s disease were used in this study. And many experimental methods, including the CCK-8, confocal, LTP, fiber cytometry recording, animal behavioral study, etc, were used in this study, the support data were shown in the files.
