Data to support the contents of the thesis "Numerically guided flow engineering in Stokes flow regime" by Yang Zhenyu. The dataset is divided into 3 sections according to the chapter structure of the thesis. The dataset contains program codes for computing the flow profiles, the pre-computed flow transformation library used for generating the profiles in the chapter, source codes of the neural network model and the profile design software, the standard microfluidic device drawings for fabrication, and experimental profiles captured with confocal microscopes. Please refer to the README.txt file for detailed file contents.
