Supporting data for “Optoelectronic Properties of Wide Bandgap Semiconductor under the Sub-bandgap Optical Excitation”

This dataset include both raw data and processed data for supporting the doctoral thesis. Sub-folders named with “Chapter 1” to “Chapter 4” are corresponded with the thesis chapters. The raw data include photoluminescence spectra of InGaN/GaN quantum well, doped and un-doped GaN crystal, and bulk ZnO crystal under various excitation conditions. The processed data include intensity and peak positions of various luminescence components under different excitation conditions, such as temperatures and self-absorption distances.
