Supporting data for "Perceived Coworker Voice Credentials: Examining its Effects on Employee Voice and Silence."

The dataset contains two supporting documents. The first file includes 536 employee-coworker dyads data used for exploring peer learning of voice by adopting the Actor-Partner Interdependence Model (APIM) approach. The second table provides all studied variables' mean, standard deviation, reliability estimates, and correlation matrix. The findings help convey a more comprehensive picture of how peer learning of voice unfolds over time.
