Supporting data for “Perturbations in the Frequency and Function of Exhausted and Classical Memory B cells – Role in Systemic lupus Erythematosus and Lupus Nephritis”

dataset
posted on 2024-07-09, 08:50 authored by Litong Zhu

This dataset indicates that alterations in the number and function of classical and exhausted memory B cells may be associated with the risk of lupus nephritis (LN) relapse. Additionally, genetic dysregulations in exhausted and classical memory B cells can affect their homeostasis, thereby influencing the development of autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and LN.
