Supporting data for "Photo-cleavable Backbone Modification Strategy (PBM) for Difficult Peptide/Protein Synthesis and Synthesis of Teixobactin Analogues for Enhanced Solubility While Retaining Activity"

<p dir="ltr">This thesis includes two projects. Chapter 1 focuses on the development of novel methodology to assist in difficult peptide and protein synthesis. Chapter 2 focuses on optimizing structure of a peptide antibiotic. This dataset includes characterization of synthesised material and reaction monitoring for both projects. The data are divided into two categories:</p><p dir="ltr">Dataset-NMR is a characterization for small molecules used as building blocks. This includes all molecules for both Chapters 1 and 2.</p><p dir="ltr">Dataset-UPLC is an analytical dataset including characterization for peptide synthesis, purifications, and reaction (between peptides) monitoring. This has been divided into several folders for both chapters and 2 due to the size limit.</p>
