This dataset  contains the complete dataset for the thesis entitled "Prognostic role of molecular subclassification based on mutational profiling, microsatellite instability, and informatory marker staining status".  


Colonrectal cancer (CC) is a heterogenous disease that researches were looking for a better way to explain its tumoregensis. The lastest stratification model based on several asspects including genetic mutation, metabolism, immune response., however, there are still 13% of the CRC were unable to categorize into any of the subgroups for prognostic prediction. Here in this project, data was collected by MSI assay, EMAST assay, IHC staining and NGS from stage III colon cancer FFPE for novel prognostic stratifciation to predict relapse and metastatic risk.
