These are the supporting data for "Regulation and Targeting of T Follicular Helper Cell Response in Primary Sjögren's Syndrome". The types of data including Confocal Imaging, Flow, CHIP, ELISA, H&E staining, HPLC, PCR, RNA-seq, Sea Horse, Two Photon and Western Blotting. The data includes raw data and processed data. The confocal data was got by LSM 880 and the results showed the distribution and ratio of different immune cells. The flow data was got by LSM 880 and the results showed the ratio of different immune cells.
The ESS model established was following the previous study "Th17 cells play a critical role in the development of experimental Sjögren's syndrome". The isolation of T cells and B cells was used CD4 Beads and B220 Beads.
