Reason: Although the IDs, full names, gender and age of patients were deleted in our uploaded files, the raw data collected from the experimental machine were named under the abbreviation (first letter) of patients' names and were not able to changed after data collection. Therefore, to protect patient privacy, we would like to keep our files under permanent embargo: both (1) the files of processed data and (2) the file names of raw data in the folder of MD_T_nCoV2.

All data in this dataset are for supporting the thesis "Regulation of T cell responses by ∆42PD1 or mitochondria during viral infections" by Yufei Mo. This dataset includes two parts: (1) regulation of CD4+ T cell responses by ∆42PD1 on Vδ2 T cell and (2) regulation of αβ-T cell responses by mitochondria in SARS-CoV-2 infection. The first part of dataset (namely as ∆42PD1_Vd2) includes both raw and processed data collected via flow cytometry, western blotting and confocal scanning. The second part of dataset (namely as MD_T_nCoV2) includes both raw and processed data collected via flow cytometry.
