Supporting data for “Regulation of postsynaptic maturation at neuromuscular junctions (NMJs) by Caveolin-3 and Transient Receptor Potential Canonical Channel 1 (TRPC1)”
<p>This dataset contains all raw and processed data for the above-named thesis. The study utilizes a series of sophisticated widefield and confocal imaging approaches to study the roles of caveolin-3 and TRPC1 in the postsynaptic maturation of NMJs. Data was obtained from both <em>in vitro</em> cultured muscle cells and <em>in vivo</em> mouse models. Data are organized by their use in thesis figures, with raw files predominantly in .tif and .czi formats, and processed files in .xls and .pzfx formats.</p>
