Supporting data for “Regulation of postsynaptic maturation at neuromuscular junctions (NMJs) by Caveolin-3 and Transient Receptor Potential Canonical Channel 1 (TRPC1)”

This dataset contains all raw and processed data for the above-named thesis.  The study utilizes a series of sophisticated widefield and confocal imaging approaches to study the roles of caveolin-3 and TRPC1 in the postsynaptic maturation of NMJs. Data was obtained from both in vitro cultured muscle cells and in vivo mouse models. Data are organized by their use in thesis figures, with raw files predominantly in .tif and .czi formats, and processed files in .xls and .pzfx formats.
