Supporting data for "Regulation of viral overlapping genes and AAV vector engineering for antibody gene delivery overcoming the immunological barrier"
This study focuses on three objectives: (i) development of a system to regulate the viral overlapping genes, (ii)
optimization of the AAV vector genome for antibody gene delivery, and (iii) AAV capsid engineering for overcoming the immunological barrier.
The dataset includes three parts corresponding to the three chapters of thesis:
Chapter3: intron-based regulation system to overlapping genes. This file includes three subfiles including an dataset Excel file, a powerpoint file with processed pictures and a zip file contianing plasmid maps used in this Chapter.
Chapter4:optimization of mAb expression in gene therapy
This file includes three subfiles including an dataset Excel file, a powerpoint file with processed pictures and a zip file contianing plasmid maps used in this Chapter.
Chapter5: AAV capsid engineering for overcoming the immunological barrier. This file includes four subfiles including an dataset CSV file, a powerpoint file with processed pictures, a zip file contianing plasmid maps used in this chapter and a pdb subfiles containing predicted protein structure of the synbody described in this chapter.
