<p>This study focuses on three objectives: (i) development of a system to regulate the viral overlapping genes, (ii) </p>
<p>optimization of the AAV vector genome for antibody gene delivery, and (iii) AAV capsid engineering for overcoming the immunological barrier.</p>
<p>The dataset includes three parts corresponding to the three chapters of thesis:</p>
<p>Chapter3: intron-based regulation system to overlapping genes. This file includes three subfiles including an dataset Excel file, a powerpoint file with processed pictures and a zip file contianing plasmid maps used in this Chapter.</p>
<p>Chapter4:optimization of mAb expression in gene therapy </p>

<p>Chapter5: AAV capsid engineering for overcoming the immunological barrier. This file includes four subfiles including an dataset CSV file, a powerpoint file with processed pictures, a zip file contianing plasmid maps used in this chapter and a pdb subfiles containing predicted protein structure of the synbody described in this chapter.</p>
