This dataset contains files of multiplexed immunohistochemistry images of patient's staining in HCC. Patient demographics of the cohorts to analysis N1 and N2 clinical significance were included. Their expression levels, associations with clinopathological parameters, and survival curve analysis were included.

This dataset also contains files of murine HCC gross images, multuiplexed immunohistochemistry images and analysis of differential expressed genes expression in treated and non-treated mice.
