Supporting data for "Role of Exercise-induced Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor in Muscle Adaptations"

<p>This data set includes supporting data for my Ph.D. thesis including statistical analysis for immunoblotting, quantitative PCR, histology analysis, and behavior test results from animal experiments. The data provide <i>in vitro</i> and <i>in vivo</i> evidence of identifying the brain-derived neurotrophic factor as an exercise-induced myokine that promotes muscle adaptations to endurance exercise.<br></p><p></p>
