Supporting data for "Role of Exercise-induced Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor in Muscle Adaptations"

This data set includes supporting data for my Ph.D. thesis including statistical analysis for immunoblotting, quantitative PCR, histology analysis, and behavior test results from animal experiments. The data provide in vitro and in vivo evidence of identifying the brain-derived neurotrophic factor as an exercise-induced myokine that promotes muscle adaptations to endurance exercise.
