Supporting data for "Role of Gut Microbiota in the Regulation of Intestinal Serotonin Availability"
This project is to define the role of gut microbiota in the regulation of intestinal serotonin availability. The dataset includes raw data indicating the relationship between microbial butyrate and intestinal serotonin level in mice through the activation of serotonin transporter and the correlation between fecal short-chain fatty acids and peripheral serotonin level in human.
