Supporting data for "Role of N-cadherin in mechano-mediated cell fate control in intervertebral disc homeostasis"

The dataset includes all experimental data for my thesis. It contains the compression records for biomechanics studies, AFM and NMR test for biomaterial properties, the computational analysis on single-cell sequencing reads for bioinformatics and Real-time PCR validating the cell estimation function by bioinformatics in the 3-D cell culture system.
