<p>The dataset includes all experimental data for my thesis. It contains the compression records for biomechanics studies, AFM and NMR test for biomaterial properties, the computational analysis on single-cell sequencing reads for bioinformatics and Real-time PCR validating the cell estimation function by bioinformatics in the 3-D cell culture system.  </p>
