Supporting data for “Role of exosomal miR-141 in pro-metastatic
tumor-stroma interactions in ovarian cancer”
This is the supporting data for Abstract of thesis entitled “Role of exosomal miR-141 in pro-metastatic tumor-stroma interactions in ovarian cancer” submitted by Mo Yulan for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy at The University of Hong Kong in August 2022.
The supporting data include figures and raw data of the works for the thesis, which elucidated the mechanism of intercellular communication of ovarian cancer cells and stromal cells that facilitating the cancer progression. The supporting data includes the figures and raw data of in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo experiments revealing the role of miR-141 in reprogramming the stromal cells to a pro-inflammatory phenotype to form a pre-metastatic niche that specifically favor the ovarian cancer cells. The figures and raw data are named by the order of the figures in thesis. The methodological information is represented in the main body of the thesis.
