Supporting data for "Screening and Engineering of Potent and Broad Neutralizing Antibodies against SARS-CoV-2"

<p>This dataset is for supporting the thesis entitled "Screening and Engineering of Potent and Broad Neutralizing Antibodies against SARS-CoV-2". It contains all the data that characterized the properties, including binding affinity, binding dynamics, neutralization capability against SARS-CoV-2 <i>in vitro</i>, efficacy in preventing SARS-CoV-2 infection and replication <i>in vivo</i>, of isolated neutralizing antibodies or engineered IgA antibodies and bispecific antibodies.</p>
