Supporting data for "Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection dynamics in bat and human cells"

dataset
posted on 2022-09-26, 08:37 authored by Joshua FungJoshua Fung

Protein-protein binding and interaction modeling was performed to better study the coronavirus spike protein and ACE2 interaction to elucidate possible receptor usage. The dataset contains the origional models generated in the study using the SWISS-MODEL server. The transcriptomic response of bat and human lung cells was assayed using RNA-seq techniques and a bat genome was constructed. The curated read files and conunt tables were included in the current dataset.
