Supporting data for "Spin and Magnetoelectric Transport in Superconducting Spintronics Heterostructures"
With the continuous miniaturization of electronic integrated functional devices, other effects such as quantum transport, competition between the energy loss and the integration density show up. Alternative means including quantum computing and spintronics are explored for future electronics. Spin valves provide an excellent platform for exploring these intertwined mechanisms by manipulating the configuration of the ferromagnetic layers. The dataset includes tests on the intrinsic properties of the two-dimensional superconducting layer (Chapter 4), characterization of the spin valve device under different temperatures, angles, and magnetic fields (Chapter 5), as well as the test results of the proximity effect (Chapter 6).
