There are in total 2 types of lung cancer cells (i.e. H1975 and H2170). All the data were collected using mATOM setup, an ultrafast optical microscope. The cells were treated with Cisplatin, Docetaxel, Erlotinib, and Gemcitabine in five different concentrations for each drug. Both single-cell brightfield and quantitative phase images (QPI) were collected.
