This thesis develops entirely new ATPSs by incorporating stimuli-responsive polymers. The introduction of stimuli-responsive polymers into ATPSs endows the systems with rich phase separation behaviors and environmental responsiveness, broadening their applications in biomimetics and biomedical engineering.
