Supporting data for “Study of mammalian cranial placode development using molecular and cellular approaches”

The dataset contains gene expression analysis during cranial placode development; single-cell RNA sequencing analysis for the inferrence of lineage trajectory and cell-cell communication patterns; gene expression analysis and mouse genetic modified models to understand the role of Notch signaling during epibranchial placode development; and characterization of in vitro placodal cultures from the modified procotol.
