This data set is for the thesis entitled 'Targeting CHK2 to Reverse Tamoxifen Resistance by Reducing BQ323636.1 expression in Estrogen Receptor Positive Breast Cancer'. This data set contained cell response data to the drug Tamoxifen and PV1019. Specifically, cell viability data was recorded when both drugs were applied to breast cancer cell lines. In addition, data from assays and experiments were also included.
