Supporting data for The Dynamic Interactions for Initiation of Advance Care Planning in Hong Kong Chinese: A Tripartite Perspective

<p dir="ltr">A mixed method research involving qualitative triadic semi-structured interviews and questionnaire survey in sequential to unfold the dynamics interactions of patients, family caregivers, and healthcare professionals in elements of others in the Advance Care Planning initiation.</p><p dir="ltr">The qualitative data set involves transcriptions of the 12 triadic semi-structured interviews to explore the elements of others in one's Advance Care Planning initiation. The findings helped to formulate the questionnaire in the quantitative study.</p><p dir="ltr">The quantitative data set involves 421 questionnaires returns from an online survey on the importance of the elements of others that identified in the qualitative studies.</p><p dir="ltr"><br></p>
