The dataset is supporting for my thesis "The Role of JAK/STAT Signaling Pathway in the Interaction of Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stromal Cells on Neuroblastoma".Our project mainly focused on the interaction between neuroblastoma and mesenchymal stromal cells.The files are divided to five chapters.Chapter1 contains the results of experiments tested for the proliferative ability of cells, including colony formation assay, MTT assay and trypan blue staining assay."Chapter2 contains the results of experiments tested for the migration ability of cells, including scratch assay and transwell assay."Chapter3 contains the results of experiments tested by flow cytometry."Chapter4 and Chapter 5 contains the results of qPCR assay and western blot assay.
