Supporting data for The Role of PRMT8 in Dendritic Spine Plasticity and Excitatory / Inhibitory Balance

The research was about behavioural characterization of a gene model, followed by in vivo dendritic spine plasticity during development and after the exposure of stress / learning. E/I input were also measured in vivo, with IHC characterization of inhibitory excitation. Lastly, environmental enrichment / chemogenetic intervention were applied to the gene knockout model and analyzed their effect in behaviour / dendritic spine plasticity.
