Supporting data for "The competition between the microtubule-stabilizing drug paclitaxel and tubulin acetyltransferases"

Research from Dr. Ti's lab had discovered that tubulin acetyltransferases and the microtubule-stabilizing drug paclitaxel bind to the same binding site on β-tubulin. My project involved investigating whether there is competition between paclitaxel and tubulin acetyltransferases for the binding site. The dataset includes cell images, cell viability data, immunoblots (To measure acetylated tubulin level and αTAT1), quantitative qPCR data, gel electrophoresis images, chromatographs, Sanger sequencing results, TIRF images (investigating ATAT-2-GFP motility), immunofluorescent imaging (To measure acetylated tubulin level), and datasets generated from quantifying the immunoblot, TIRF, and immunofluorescent images.
