<p dir="ltr">The project is to explore the effects of TLR7 agonist as an adjuvant for COVID-19 vaccines on animals models. In this project, it involved </p><p dir="ltr">1. To determine if TLR7 agonist, imiquimod can enhance the immunogenicity and effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccine in animal models.</p><p dir="ltr">2. To assess the effect of TLR7 agonist, imiquimod on sex-based immune response following COVID-19 vaccine in different sexes animals.</p><p dir="ltr">3. To evaluate how TLR7 agonist, imiquimod to modulate the immune response in elderly animals following vaccine</p><p dir="ltr">The dataset is about all raw and calculated data used for analysis in this thesis and all raw images of H&E staining and IF staining. The raw data involves qpcr results, Mn assay results, ELISA results, ELISPOT assay and body weight changes post infection. the raw images include animal tissues collected on different timepoints were stained with H&E and IF for tissue damage and virus replication evaluation. </p>
