The dataset is divided into two files: dataset_in vivo and dataset_in vitro. Dataset_in vivo includes raw data of animal works with description of animal procedures and clinical parameters. Gene and protein levels of targets studied are listed accordingly. Dataset_in vitro includes raw data of cell culture experiments with description of in vitro treatment. Gene and protein levels of targets studied are listed accordingly. The raw data were analysed and used to generate the main figures of PhD thesis entitled "The permissive role pf protease-activated receptor-1".
