Supporting data for "The role of α-Parvin in long bone development"
This study focuses on the role of α-Parvin in long bone development. Conditional knockout of α-Parvin in cartilage and bones results in dwarfism and shorter long bones. The loss of α-Parvin causes multiple defects of growth plate chondrocytes. Further analyses reveal multiple contributor of the bone phenotypes. Taken together, α-Parvin is essential for long bone development.
