Supporting data for "The role of B cells in the development of Sjögren's syndrome"

This study aims to identify the pathogenic B cell subset in ESS mice and pSS patients. Different methods including flow cytometric analysis, immunofluorescent staining, H&E staining, RNA-seq; ELISA; ELISpot are used. The dataset contains the required data of the results part in my thesis, which is ordered according to the chapter numbers: from chapter 3 to chapter 7. Moreover, the data of each section in the chapter with different types can be easily found since it has been well labeled.
