Supporting data for “The role of CXC chemokine receptor 3 in modulating neuroimmune responses and functional outcomes after experimental intracerebral haemorrhage”
All data were generated in vivo using the experimental mice model of ICH with type IV collagenase injection into the right striatum. The cellular and temporal patterns of CXCR3 expression prior to and after ICH induction were examined by different techniques. Systemic CXCR3 deficiency and antagonism highlighted the importance of CXCR3 in modulating outcomes of ICH, namely motor functions and the severity of white matter injury. CXCR3 deficiency altered the response of NK cells to ICH in this model.
