The purpose of this study is to investigate the pro-inflammatory role of a cytokine, IL-25, in regulating B cell response in the pathogenesis of Sjögren's syndrome, an autoimmune disease causing the symptoms of dry eye and dry mouth and will further cause severe systemic complications. The importance of this study is to provide novel therapeutic strategy for treating Sjögren's syndrome and to provide new insights in the study of Sjögren's syndrome.
This dataset contained the study of IL-25 in Sjögren's syndrome in my current PhD study, including the figures, processed data and raw data.
