This dataset has four files: liver bacteria, fecal metabolites, genus proportion and species proportion.
The data in liver bacteria file provide the identified amplicon sequence variants in the liver tissue of mice colonized with microbes from human lean and obese NAFLD donors.
The data in fecal metabolites file provide all the identified fecal metabolites in mice colonized with microbes from human healthy, lean and obese NAFLD donors.
The data in genus proportion and species proportion files provide the shotgun metagenomic sequencing data with all the identified taxonomic information including genus and species, which were generated from both human stool donors and mice colonized with microbes from human healthy, lean and obese NAFLD donors.
