Supporting data for "Therapeutic Applications of Mesenchymal Stem Cells Derived from Expanded Potential Stem Cells (EPSC-MSCs) for Critical Limb Ischemia"

<p dir="ltr">This project focuses on generating mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) from expanded potential stem cells (EPSCs). Using bulk RNA sequencing analysis, we identified the distinct characteristics of EPSC-MSCs in comparison to those MSCs derived from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). We compared their angiogenic efficacy in a hindlimb ischemia mouse model <i>in vivo</i> and investigated their respective working mechanisms.</p>
