Supporting data for ''Towards Glycoprotein Synthesis via Chemical Ligation''

In this dataset, we present the first chemical synthesis of glycosylated adiponectin collagenous domains with all possible 15 glycoform combinations and PD-1 extracellular domain via chemical ligation approaches.

It includes the fully synthesizing details of the glycosylated Fmoc-protected hydroxyl-lysine building block and the construction of glycosylated adiponectin collagenous domains analogues. Moreover, we shows the synthetic steps and protocols for extracellular domain of the PD-1 protein.
