<p>In this dataset, we present the first chemical synthesis of glycosylated adiponectin collagenous domains with all possible 15 glycoform combinations and PD-1 extracellular domain via chemical ligation approaches.</p><p>It includes the fully synthesizing details of the glycosylated Fmoc-protected hydroxyl-lysine building block and the construction of glycosylated adiponectin collagenous domains analogues. Moreover, we shows the synthetic steps and protocols for extracellular domain of the PD-1 protein. </p>
