These are the datasets supporting my thesis "Transition Metal-Mediated Carbene and Nitrene Transfer in Aqueous Media: Application of Iridium(III) and Dirhodium(II, II) Complexes in Bioconjugation and Late-Stage Modification of Bioactive Compounds". They are categorized according to Chapters 3, 4, and 5. Under each chapter, the data files are further categorized as NMR, mass spectrometry, cyclic voltammetry, FTIR and UV-vis absorption spectroscopy, proteomic, and X-ray crystallographic data. These data contribute to the characterization of our synthetic compounds and their applications in bioconjugation and late-stage modification of natural products.
