Supporting data for "Tropomyosin receptor kinase B is a pivotal modulator of brown adipose tissue thermogenesis"

<p dir="ltr">This dataset contains gene expression and protein content data. Real-time PCR and immunoblot were conducted using muscle and brown adipose tissues of the control mice, constitutive transgenic mice, inducible transgenic mice, and virus-injected mice. There are 6 mice per each genotype. Female mice were used. This set of data is used to evaluate the function of our gene of interest on muscle and brown adipose tissue metabolism. </p>
