<p>The folder contains datasets from my PhD thesis work. The datasets were grouped based on the thesis chapters. </p> <p><br></p> <p>Folder Chapter2_datasets was from chapter working on bacterial responses to nitrogen availability. </p> <p><br></p> <p>Folder Chapter3_datasets was from chapter working on bacterial responses to novel and challenging environmental condition (Salinity)</p> <p><br></p> <p>Folder Chapter4_datasets was from chapter working on temporal dynamics in the host's biochemical profile and its associated microbiome</p> <p><br></p> <p>Folder Chapter5_datasets was from chapter investigating the various factors shaping the different mollusc-associated microbiome.</p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p>
