The data primarily includes three parts. The first one is the imaging result of axially parallel excitation (APEX) two-photon (2P) microscopy, including the results of fluorescence beads and mouse brain neurons. The second consists of the point spread functions of axially-coded (AC) beams and the imaging result of arbitrary illumination microscopy with encoded depth (AIMED). The third one is the experiment result of Bessel beam-based work, including the tomographic-encoded multiphoton (TEMP) microscopy, the high-order droplet beam, and the twin-Bessel beam.
