Supporting data for "Virus discovery and surveillance at the human-animal interface for characterization of viruses with cross-species transmission potential"

dataset
posted on 2022-10-17, 09:28 authored by Brian Michael WorthingtonBrian Michael Worthington

Complete list of samples collected from wildlife and confiscated animals examined as part of research work led by Brian M. Worthington and conducted in Hong Kong. Samples collected as part of this One Health suveillance program were subjected to virological investigation paired with metatranscriptomic profiling for virus discovery and characterization. Phylogenomic methods were applied to alucidate host-virus relationships and to infer cross-species transmission events.
