This dataset included raw data and analyse results for both in vivo studies and in vitro studies regarding neurobehaviour tests (cylinder and rotarod), western blot, immunofluorescence and flow cytometry. Intracerebral haemorrhage (ICH) is the most devastating type of stroke. This study investigated the theaupeutic outcomes of vitamin D in mice after ICH and demonstrated a potential mechanism and a less likely mechanism, respectively.
