Supporting data for "an investigation of organizational control in design consulting projects: behavioural consequences and motivational mechanisms"

The dataset includes two main types of data collected from survey on design management in Hong Kong. The first type is qualitative data of semi-structured interviews, focusing on design management practices. The second type is quantitative data collected by the questionnaire survey. It contains information about design management and designers' psychological and behavioral responses.
